The Miller M-80 Replacement MIG Gun (SKU: 273618) is a specialized welding component designed to restore the functionality of compatible Millermatic welding power sources. Engineered to meet the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications of the M-80 series, this gun provides a seamless interface with specific Miller wire feeders. The assembly features an 8-foot cable, offering a balance between reach and cable management, particularly in stationary bench-top applications or confined fabrication cells.

Technically, the gun is rated for light-to-medium duty cycles, typical of the 80-100 amperage range found in compact MIG machines. It comes pre-configured with a liner and contact tip setup optimized for wire diameters ranging from 0.030 inches to 0.035 inches, covering the most common mild steel and flux-cored welding applications. The unibody handle construction houses a reliable trigger switch designed to withstand repetitive actuation, ensuring consistent arc starts and gas flow control.

This unit utilizes standard Miller M-series consumables, ensuring that operators can easily source replacement contact tips, nozzles, and gas diffusers. The back-end connection is designed for direct insertion into compatible Millermatic drive assemblies, ensuring proper electrical conductivity and shielding gas delivery without leakage. The cable assembly includes robust strain relief at both the gun and machine ends, mitigating the risk of conductor fatigue and liner kinking during operation.
