Keep your Miller welding equipment running at peak performance with the Miller 270625 Rocker Switch. This is a genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement part designed specifically for compatible Miller power sources. When a power switch fails, it can bring your entire operation to a halt. Using authentic Miller parts ensures that your machine maintains its original safety standards and operational reliability.

The 270625 is a robust Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) switch, featuring a standard On-None-Off function. It is engineered to handle significant electrical loads, rated for 16 Amps at 250 Volts AC. This high capacity makes it suitable for the main power control or auxiliary function switching in various industrial welding units. The switch is built to withstand the dust, vibration, and frequent cycling typical in a workshop or job site environment.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the industry-standard 0.250-inch Quick Connect (QC) terminals. These spade-style connectors allow for a secure, vibration-resistant electrical connection without the need for soldering, provided your machine’s wiring harness is equipped with matching receptacles. Whether you are repairing a breakdown or performing preventative maintenance, choosing the correct spec switch is crucial for the longevity of your equipment.
