The Miller 269981 Circuit Card Assembly is a specialized electronic component designed exclusively for the cooler control modules within Miller ProHeat Induction Heating Systems. As a critical logic board, this assembly manages the operation of the cooling unit, ensuring that the induction power source and associated heating cables remain within safe operating temperature ranges during intense industrial heating applications. Failure of the cooler control board can lead to system shutdowns, error codes, or potential damage to the liquid-cooled cables used in pre-heating and post-weld heat treatment processes.

This is a genuine OEM part manufactured by Miller Electric, ensuring exact dimensional fit and electrical compatibility with the ProHeat architecture. Unlike generic electronic components, this board is calibrated to communicate correctly with the ProHeat’s main control system, monitoring flow rates and temperatures to provide feedback to the operator. Replacing a faulty control card is often necessary when the cooler fails to cycle correctly or when diagnostic indicators point to a communication failure within the cooling subsystem.

Due to the complex nature of induction heating electronics, it is imperative to verify fitment before purchase. Miller Electric and authorized distributors require the machine’s serial number to confirm that the 269981 is the correct revision for your specific ProHeat unit. Please note that this item carries a strict No Returns policy. Once the package is opened or the part is installed, it cannot be returned for credit. If you are not a Certified Miller Technician, we strongly recommend taking the unit to a certified repair facility for diagnosis and installation. Incorrect installation or misdiagnosis of the underlying issue can lead to further equipment damage or the failure of the new component.
