The Miller 267367 Receptacle is a critical replacement component designed to maintain the operational integrity of your Miller welding equipment. As a genuine OEM part, it is engineered to the exact specifications required for compatible Miller power sources, ensuring seamless integration and optimal electrical performance. This receptacle features a Tweco-style twist lock mechanism, a widely respected standard in the welding industry known for its ability to create a secure, high-surface-area contact that minimizes electrical resistance and heat generation.

Constructed with durability in mind, the receptacle boasts a precision-machined outer diameter of 0.890 inches, ensuring it fits perfectly into the designated machine panel or mounting bracket. The bolted mounting design provides a rigid and stable attachment point, essential for withstanding the mechanical forces applied when connecting and disconnecting heavy welding cables. This stability helps prevent the loosening of internal connections over time, which is a common cause of machine failure and arc instability.

In addition to its mechanical robustness, the Miller 267367 includes a dedicated O-ring. This sealing element plays a vital role in protecting the internal components of the welding machine. By creating a tight seal around the receptacle opening, the O-ring helps prevent the ingress of conductive dust, moisture, and other industrial contaminants that could compromise the machine’s electronics or internal bus bars. Whether performing routine maintenance or repairing a damaged unit, installing this genuine Miller receptacle ensures that your equipment continues to operate safely and efficiently.
