When your industrial welding equipment goes down, every minute of downtime impacts your productivity. The Miller 267325 Circuit Card Assembly is a genuine OEM replacement part designed to get your Miller wire feeder back to optimal performance. This specific circuit card serves as the brain for the motor control system within programmable XC feeders, ensuring that your wire feed speed remains consistent and responsive to your settings. Using genuine Miller parts is crucial for maintaining the longevity and reliability of your investment, as they are engineered to the exact specifications of the original machine.

One of the standout features of this assembly is its “potted” construction. In the world of industrial electronics, potting involves encasing the electronic components in a solid or gelatinous compound. This process provides a robust shield against the harsh realities of a welding shop environment. It protects delicate microchips and solder joints from the constant vibration of the machine, as well as from moisture, conductive dust, and metal shavings that could otherwise cause short circuits. This added layer of durability means the Miller 267325 is built to last, even in the most demanding fabrication settings.

This circuit card is also CE marked, indicating that it complies with essential health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area. This certification is a testament to the quality and safety standards adhered to during its manufacturing. Whether you are troubleshooting an erratic wire feed or replacing a board that has failed due to age or electrical surge, this direct replacement part ensures a seamless fit and function.
