The Miller 267296 Rocker Switch is a critical component designed to restore and maintain the operational integrity of your Miller welding equipment. As a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) switch, it provides a simple yet robust on-off control mechanism essential for power management. Engineered to meet strict OEM specifications, this switch ensures that your machinery operates safely and reliably. Its high-visibility red rocker arm (‘Visi Red’) allows operators to instantly verify the power status of the machine, a small but vital feature in busy industrial environments where safety and clarity are paramount.

Built to handle significant electrical loads, this switch is rated for 15 Amps at 250 Volts AC. This high capacity makes it suitable for the main power circuits of various welding power sources and fume extraction units. Using a switch with inadequate ratings can lead to overheating, arcing, and premature failure. By choosing this genuine Miller part, you ensure that the component can withstand the electrical stresses typical of heavy-duty welding operations, providing peace of mind and reducing the risk of unexpected downtime.

When repairing sophisticated welding equipment, the quality of replacement parts matters. The Miller 267296 is a genuine manufacturer part, guaranteeing perfect physical fitment and electrical compatibility. Unlike generic aftermarket switches that may require modification to the panel cutout or wiring terminals, this unit is designed to drop directly into the existing housing of compatible Miller machines. This seamless integration simplifies the repair process and maintains the equipment’s original safety certifications and performance standards.
