The Miller 267202 Cable, Bat Pos 20.0 6Ga w/ .312 Rng & 90 Degree .250 is a critical replacement component designed to restore the electrical integrity of your Miller welding equipment. As a genuine OEM part, this positive battery cable assembly is engineered to meet the exact specifications required for safe and efficient power delivery within your machine. Over time, battery cables can suffer from corrosion, insulation breakdown, or physical damage due to vibration and heat. Replacing a compromised cable is essential to prevent voltage drops that can lead to hard starting, intermittent power issues, or damage to sensitive electronic components.

This assembly features a robust 6 Gauge (6GA) copper conductor, sized perfectly to handle the current requirements of the compatible Miller power source. The cable measures 20.0 inches in length, providing the exact reach needed without excess slack that could interfere with other internal components. The insulation is formulated to withstand the harsh industrial environments often found in welding shops and jobsites, offering resistance to oil, grease, and abrasion.

One of the standout features of this cable is its specialized termination. One end is fitted with a 0.312-inch (5/16″) ring terminal, typically used for secure attachment to battery posts or solenoid studs. The opposite end features a 90-degree 0.250-inch (1/4″) connector. This right-angle design is crucial for installations where space is at a premium, allowing the cable to connect securely without putting undue stress on the terminal or the wire itself. By using the correct OEM cable, you ensure that your equipment maintains its factory safety standards and performance reliability.
