The Miller 267183 Turntable is a specialized replacement component engineered for the maintenance of Miller MWX-S (Mobile Weld Fume Extractor) and SWX-S (Stationary Weld Fume Extractor) systems. These high-performance fume extraction units rely on sophisticated self-cleaning technology to maintain airflow and filter efficiency in heavy-duty industrial environments. The turntable serves as a critical mechanical element within the cleaning system, facilitating the necessary rotation to ensure the filter cleaning mechanism covers the entire surface area of the filter cartridge during the reverse-pulse cleaning cycle.

Over time, mechanical components within the cleaning assembly can experience wear due to the repetitive nature of the cleaning cycles and the harsh environment inside a fume collector. A malfunctioning turntable can lead to uneven cleaning of the filter media, resulting in premature filter clogging, reduced suction capacity, and increased operational costs due to more frequent filter replacements. By installing the genuine Miller 267183 Turntable, facility managers and maintenance technicians can restore the original functionality of the cleaning system, ensuring that the equipment operates at the manufacturer’s specified performance levels.

This OEM part guarantees perfect compatibility with MWX-S and SWX-S models, eliminating the guesswork associated with generic replacements. It is constructed to Miller’s rigorous quality standards, ensuring durability and longevity even under continuous use. Proper maintenance of the cleaning system is essential for regulatory compliance and worker safety, as it ensures the extractor effectively captures hazardous welding fumes. Investing in genuine Miller replacement parts protects the integrity of the entire extraction unit and supports a safe, productive working environment.
