When your industrial welding equipment experiences downtime due to electronic failure, sourcing the correct replacement part is critical for restoring productivity. The Miller 248163 Circuit Card Assembly, Clamp, is a genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) component designed specifically for Miller Electric power sources. As an integral part of the machine’s electronic control system, this circuit board ensures that your welder operates according to factory specifications. Using genuine Miller parts guarantees that the replacement component meets the rigorous durability and performance standards established by the manufacturer, protecting your investment and prolonging the lifespan of your equipment.

This specific circuit card is designated for “Clamp” functions, suggesting it plays a vital role in the regulation or control of specific output parameters or mechanical clamping systems within the welder’s architecture. Because welding machines often undergo design revisions and updates, it is absolutely essential to verify that this part fits your specific unit. Compatibility is determined by the machine’s serial number, not just the model name. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support or checking your parts manual with your serial number ready before placing an order.

Important Purchasing Information: Please be aware that this is a sensitive electronic component. As per industry standard and manufacturer policy, there are no returns on this product once purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this is the correct part for the specific issue being diagnosed. If you are not a Certified Miller Technician, we advise seeking professional assistance for diagnosis and installation. Attempting to install the wrong board or installing a new board into a machine with other underlying electrical faults can damage the new part instantly.
