Maintain the integrity and performance of your industrial air filtration system with the Miller 247799 Drawer. This component is a genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement part designed specifically for the Miller SWX-S (Self-Cleaning) series of fume extractors. In high-production welding environments, the efficiency of your fume extraction system is paramount for worker safety and regulatory compliance. The SWX-S series relies on a self-cleaning mechanism that uses pulses of compressed air to dislodge accumulated particulate matter from the filter media. This dust then falls into the collection drawer located at the bottom of the unit.

Over time, collection drawers can become damaged during emptying, corroded, or misplaced during shop reorganization. A damaged drawer can compromise the vacuum seal of the entire unit, leading to a loss of suction pressure and reduced filtration efficiency. The Miller 247799 Drawer is engineered to fit perfectly into the SWX-S chassis, ensuring an airtight seal that allows the vacuum system to function as intended. Constructed from durable materials, it is built to handle the weight of heavy metal particulates and withstand the rigors of daily industrial use.

At Josef Gas, we understand that downtime is costly. That is why we supply genuine Miller parts to help you get your equipment back up and running quickly. This drawer is essential for the routine maintenance cycle of your self-cleaning unit. Regular emptying of the drawer is required, and having a drawer in good condition ensures that this process is clean, safe, and efficient. Whether you are replacing a worn-out component or stocking critical spares for your maintenance department, this Miller drawer is the exact match for your SWX-S system.

Key Benefits:
