The Miller 247367 Liner Kit w/Guide Pin is an essential maintenance component designed exclusively for the Spoolmate 200 HD Barrel. When it comes to precision welding, especially with spool guns often used for softer alloys like aluminum, the condition of your liner is paramount. Over time, liners can become clogged with shavings, kinked, or worn down, leading to erratic wire feeding and poor weld quality. This genuine Miller Electric kit ensures that your equipment continues to operate at the high standards expected from professional-grade tools.

Choosing genuine OEM parts like the 247367 kit guarantees compatibility and longevity. The kit includes not just the liner itself, but also the specific guide pin required for the HD barrel assembly. This ensures that the wire transitions smoothly from the drive rolls into the barrel without snagging or shaving, which is a common issue with ill-fitting aftermarket replacements. By maintaining your Spoolmate 200 with authentic Miller parts, you protect your investment and ensure consistent arc stability.

At Josef Gas, we understand that equipment reliability is key to your business. This liner kit is a small investment that prevents larger headaches down the road, such as bird-nesting inside the gun or burn-back caused by feed hesitation. Whether you are fabricating aluminum trailers, repairing signage, or performing general maintenance, keeping a spare liner kit on hand is a best practice for any serious welder.
