For professional fabricators relying on the precision and portability of the Miller Spoolmate 200, maintaining the integrity of the wire feed path is non-negotiable. The Miller 247366 Liner Kit is a genuine OEM replacement part designed specifically for the Spoolmate 200 equipped with the optional curved barrel assembly. This kit is not a generic one-size-fits-all solution; it is engineered to match the exact curvature and length requirements of the curved barrel, ensuring that your welding operations continue without interruption.

When welding with soft alloys like aluminum, the condition of your liner is critical. A worn, kinked, or clogged liner can lead to significant friction, resulting in erratic wire feeding, arc instability, and the dreaded “bird-nesting” at the drive rolls. This replacement kit includes both the liner and the essential guide pin, providing a complete refresh of the consumable feed path. By using genuine Miller parts, you guarantee that the tolerances are tight and the materials are compatible with the high standards set by Miller Electric.

Installation is straightforward, allowing you to get back to welding quickly. The guide pin plays a crucial role in aligning the wire as it transitions from the drive rolls into the barrel, minimizing the risk of shaving the wire, which can clog the liner with debris over time. Whether you are working on automotive restoration, boat repair, or general aluminum fabrication, keeping a spare Miller 247366 Liner Kit on hand is a smart investment in productivity and weld quality.
