The Miller 247365 Liner Kit w/Guide Pin is an essential maintenance component designed specifically for the Miller Spoolmate™ 200 Series Spool Gun. When welding with soft alloys like aluminum, the condition of your liner is critical. Over time, liners can become clogged with shavings, kinked, or worn down, leading to erratic wire feeding, burn-backs, and frustrating downtime. This genuine Miller replacement kit ensures that your equipment operates at the high standards expected from professional welding gear.

This specific kit is engineered for Spoolmate 200 units equipped with a 9-inch barrel. It includes not just the liner itself, but also the necessary guide pin, providing a comprehensive solution for refreshing your wire feed path. By replacing both components simultaneously, you ensure a seamless transition for the welding wire from the drive rolls to the contact tip. This is particularly important in spool guns, where the short distance and push-pull mechanics require minimal friction for success.

At Josef Gas, we recommend keeping a spare liner kit on hand, especially for high-volume fabrication shops. A fresh liner significantly reduces friction, allowing the wire to glide smoothly. This results in a more stable arc, better bead appearance, and less spatter. Whether you are fabricating aluminum trailers, repairing signage, or performing general maintenance, trusting genuine Miller parts guarantees fitment and longevity.

Key Benefits for Fabricators
