Maintain the integrity and performance of your Miller welding power source with the genuine Miller 246570 Relay. This critical electrical component is designed specifically for the rigorous demands of industrial welding environments. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part, it guarantees a precise fit and adherence to the strict electrical specifications required by your machine’s control circuitry. Using non-OEM electrical parts can lead to system instability or premature failure, making this genuine Miller relay the smart choice for professional maintenance and repair.

The Miller 246570 is an enclosed relay featuring a 24VAC coil, a common control voltage in many welding systems. It utilizes a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) configuration, allowing it to switch a single circuit between two different outputs. This versatility is essential for managing various internal functions of the welder, such as gas solenoid activation, wire feed engagement, or power output switching. The relay is rated for a substantial 30 Amps at 240 Volts AC, ensuring it can handle high-power loads without overheating or welding the contacts shut. The enclosed design offers a layer of protection against the metallic dust and grime often found in fabrication shops, prolonging the service life of the component.

Installation is facilitated by its panel mount design, which includes a mounting flange for securing the relay to the machine’s chassis or control board assembly. This ensures the component remains stationary even during the vibration inherent in heavy-duty welding operations. Whether you are troubleshooting a faulty control board or performing preventative maintenance, the Miller 246570 Relay provides the reliability and durability expected from Miller Electric components.
