This air-cooled tube features a 60-degree bend and a 6-inch length, making it an essential accessory for welders who need to navigate complex geometries or reach into confined spaces where a standard straight barrel would be ineffective.

Engineered for efficiency and ease of use, this head tube is compatible with the Miller Spoolmatic® Pro spoolgun, the XR™-Pistol-Pro, and the XR™-Aluma-Pro air-cooled push-pull guns. It utilizes a robust connection system that requires no tools or adapters. The head tube simply seats itself securely, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and gas shielding flow without the risk of leaks or loose connections.

One of the standout features of this assembly is its rotatability. The tube can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing the welder to orient the nozzle in the most comfortable and effective position for the specific joint being welded. This reduces operator fatigue and improves weld quality by maintaining the optimal gun angle. The assembly comes ready to accept Centerfire™ consumables, known for their durability and performance in heavy-duty MIG applications.

Key Compatibility

Miller Spoolmatic® Pro Spoolgun

Miller XR™-Pistol-Pro Push-Pull Gun (Air-Cooled)

Miller XR™-Aluma-Pro Push-Pull Gun (Air-Cooled)

Whether you are replacing a worn component or expanding the capabilities of your existing equipment, the Miller 246301 ensures your Pro series gun operates at peak performance.
