The Miller 246069 Kit, Circuit Card Assembly Control is the essential replacement brain for your Miller XMT 350 or XMT 425 welding power source. When your industrial welder begins to show signs of control failure—such as erratic arc performance, inability to adjust output, or complete system shutdown—the main control board is often the culprit. This genuine OEM part ensures that your machine operates exactly as the engineers at Miller intended, restoring the reliability and precision that the XMT series is known for.

If your service manual or parts list calls for stock number 242812, this is the correct modern replacement. Miller has updated the component to the 246069 to ensure continued support for these workhorse machines. Using genuine Miller parts is critical for inverter-based power sources, as generic or repaired boards may not have the correct firmware or component tolerances required to manage the high-speed switching and complex waveforms generated by the XMT 350 and 425.

Because Miller XMT machines have been produced over many years with various internal revisions, it is absolutely vital to verify fitment using your machine’s specific serial number. This control card is designed specifically for the XMT 350 and XMT 425 models. It is not intended for the XMT 304 or other variations. Please check your machine’s data plate and consult with a technician or the Miller parts manual to confirm this is the part you need before purchasing.

Direct Replacement for Obsolete Parts
