The Miller 244858 Head Tube is the definitive replacement barrel assembly for the Spoolmate 200 HD spool gun. Over time, the head tube of a welding gun can become damaged due to accidental drops, excessive heat, or general wear and tear in industrial environments. A compromised barrel can lead to poor wire feeding, erratic gas coverage, and frustration during critical aluminum welding tasks. This genuine Miller part ensures your equipment operates exactly as the manufacturer intended.

Designed with precision, this barrel assembly provides a smooth, unobstructed path for soft aluminum wires, minimizing friction and preventing feeding issues such as bird-nesting. It also serves as the structural backbone for the front end of your gun, ensuring that contact tips and nozzles seat correctly for optimal electrical conductivity and shielding gas flow. Whether you are performing automotive repairs, boat fabrication, or general aluminum maintenance, relying on authentic Miller components guarantees fitment and longevity.
