The Miller 242416 Circuit Card Assembly, Relink (R) is a critical internal component designed for specific Miller welding power sources. As a genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part, this circuit board is engineered to the exact specifications required to maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of your industrial welding equipment. Modern welding machines rely heavily on sophisticated electronics to manage power input, arc stability, and voltage linking. When a relink board fails, it can render the machine inoperable or cause issues with input voltage detection and configuration.

Due to the complexity of Miller’s product lines and the frequent updates to internal electronics during production runs, it is absolutely essential to verify fitment using your machine’s specific serial number. This circuit card is not a universal part. Installing the wrong board can lead to further damage to your welder or the new part itself. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 with your serial number ready to confirm that part number 242416 is the correct replacement for your specific unit.

Please note that this is a sensitive electronic component. As per industry standards for electronic repair parts, this item is non-returnable. Once the package is opened or the part is installed, it cannot be returned for credit. If you are not a Certified Miller Technician, we advise taking your machine to a professional for diagnosis and repair. Professional installation ensures that the underlying cause of the original board failure has been addressed, preventing immediate damage to the new replacement board.

Restoring Machine Functionality
