Maintain the precision and functionality of your Miller welding equipment with the genuine Miller 239822 Knob. This specific replacement part is a pointer-style knob designed to fit potentiometers and control shafts with a 0.125-inch (1/8-inch) diameter. As an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) component, it guarantees the exact fit and finish intended for your machine, ensuring that your control panel looks and operates as new.

The knob features a compact 0.840-inch outer diameter, making it ideal for control panels where space is at a premium or where multiple controls are grouped closely together. The “pointer” design is essential for operators, providing a clear visual indication of the current setting, whether it be voltage, wire feed speed, or amperage. Accurate settings are crucial for high-quality welds, and a damaged or missing knob can lead to guesswork and inefficiency.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the push-on design equipped with an internal spring. This mechanism grips the shaft securely, preventing the knob from slipping or falling off during transport or heavy use, yet it eliminates the need for tiny set screws that can easily be lost. This design also facilitates easy removal if the potentiometer behind it ever needs servicing.
