Maintain the precision and reliability of your Miller welding equipment with the genuine Miller 239746 Spring Dowel Pin. Designed specifically for Miller electric machinery, this component plays a critical role in the alignment and fastening of internal mechanical assemblies. When it comes to industrial maintenance, using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts is essential to ensure that tolerances are met and that the equipment operates as intended by the engineers who designed it.

The Miller 239746 is a spring dowel pin, also commonly known as a roll pin or tension pin. It features a cylindrical shape with a longitudinal slot that allows the pin to compress slightly when inserted into a hole. This elasticity creates a radial force against the hole walls, ensuring a secure, self-retaining fit that resists loosening due to vibration or shock—common occurrences in active welding environments. The pin measures 8mm in outer diameter (OD) and 12mm in length, dimensions that must be exact to function correctly within the assembly.

Constructed from high-quality Carbon Steel (CS), this pin offers excellent strength and durability. Carbon steel is chosen for its ability to withstand shear loads and resist deformation under stress. Whether you are repairing a wire feeder mechanism, a chassis component, or a linkage within the power source, this pin provides the robust fastening solution required for heavy-duty applications. At Josef Gas, we understand the importance of minimizing downtime, which is why we supply authentic Miller parts to help you perform repairs confidently and efficiently.
