The Miller 239598 Circuit Card Assembly is a critical internal component designed to manage the auxiliary power output of select Miller welding generators. When your machine’s ability to provide 120V or 240V power to external tools, lights, or grinders is compromised, the fault often lies within the control circuitry. This Genuine Miller OEM part is engineered to the exact specifications of your machine, ensuring that voltage regulation and power delivery meet factory standards. Unlike generic aftermarket boards, Miller circuit cards are tested for durability against the vibration, heat, and electrical noise typical of industrial welding environments.

Please Note: Electronic repair parts for welding machines are highly specific. Before purchasing this circuit card, it is mandatory to verify fitment using your machine’s specific serial number. Miller equipment often undergoes internal revisions where part numbers change based on the date of manufacture. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 with your serial number ready to confirm that part number 239598 is the correct board for your unit.

Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, there are absolutely no returns on this product. Once the package is opened or the board is installed, it cannot be returned for credit or exchange. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unused, and fully functional circuit board. If you are not a Certified Miller Technician, we advise taking your machine to a professional for diagnosis before ordering parts. Guessing which board is faulty can result in unnecessary expense, as a new board can be damaged if the underlying electrical issue (such as a short circuit) is not resolved first.

No Return Policy on Electronics
