The Miller 239262 Circuit Card Assembly is a critical OEM replacement component designed specifically for the Cooler Control module within Miller’s ProHeat induction heating systems. As the central processing unit for the cooling subsystem, this circuit board is responsible for monitoring coolant temperatures, regulating flow rates, and managing the operation of the pump and fan assemblies. In high-demand industrial environments where induction heating is utilized for preheating or stress relieving, the integrity of the cooling system is paramount to protect both the power source and the liquid-cooled induction cables from thermal damage.

This circuit card assembly is engineered to Miller’s exact specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the existing ProHeat architecture. It processes signals from various sensors within the cooler to maintain optimal operating temperatures, triggering safety shut-offs if parameters exceed safe limits. Replacing a faulty control board with this genuine Miller part ensures that the system’s logic remains consistent with factory standards, preserving the longevity of the entire induction heating setup.

Important Procurement Information: Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, this item is subject to a strict No Returns policy. It is imperative that the fault is correctly diagnosed before purchase. We strongly recommend consulting with a Certified Miller Technician to verify that the issue lies with the circuit card and not a peripheral sensor or mechanical failure. Additionally, please verify fitment using your machine’s serial number by contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 prior to ordering. Installation should be performed by qualified personnel to prevent static damage or improper configuration.
