The Miller 238011 Circuit Card Assembly is a critical replacement component designed specifically for the Miller PipePro series of welding power sources. Identified as a PCM (Process Control Module) Service Board, this unit comes pre-loaded with the necessary program (“w/Prgm”), facilitating a streamlined repair process for qualified technicians. As the brain of the welding machine, the PCM is responsible for coordinating various functions, including arc control, wire feed communication, and overall system logic. When this board fails, the machine may exhibit erratic behavior or cease to function entirely, making a high-quality OEM replacement essential for restoring productivity.

This circuit card assembly is manufactured by Miller Electric to the exact specifications required for the PipePro architecture. Using genuine OEM parts is vital for maintaining the integrity of the equipment, ensuring that all electronic signals and power outputs remain within the tight tolerances necessary for precision pipe welding. The board is built to withstand the rigorous industrial environments where PipePro machines are typically deployed, offering resistance to vibration and thermal stress associated with heavy-duty welding operations.

Due to the complex nature of modern welding inverters and control systems, verification of your machine’s serial number is mandatory before purchasing this part. Miller Electric produces various revisions of circuit boards, and compatibility is strictly tied to specific serial number ranges. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 with your serial number ready to confirm that part number 238011 is the correct board for your specific unit.

Important Verification and Installation Notice
