In switch terminology, this typically indicates a two-position switch where one position is maintained (On), there is no center position (None), and the other position is momentary ((On)). This type of functionality is often utilized for specific machine controls such as purging gas lines, jogging wire, or activating test modes where the operator needs to hold the switch to maintain the function.
