The Miller 236698 Circuit Card Assembly, Meter w/Amps (R) is a critical internal component designed to restore the functionality of your Miller welding power source. In the demanding world of industrial welding, accurate parameter monitoring is essential for code-compliant welds and consistent quality. This circuit card assembly specifically manages the amperage meter, ensuring that the output displayed on your machine’s front panel accurately reflects the welding current being delivered to the arc. When this board fails, operators lose the ability to precisely monitor their heat input, which can lead to weld defects or non-compliance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).

As a genuine Miller Electric replacement part, this circuit card is engineered to the exact specifications of your original equipment. Unlike aftermarket alternatives that may use inferior components or lack precise calibration, the Miller 236698 ensures seamless integration with your machine’s main control board and user interface. Electronic components in welding environments are subject to high frequency, thermal cycling, and electrical noise; choosing OEM ensures the board is hardened against these specific industrial stressors.

Critical Note: Electronic repair parts for welding machines are highly specific. Before purchasing this item, it is mandatory to verify fitment using your machine’s specific Serial Number. Welding machine models often undergo internal revisions where part numbers change based on the manufacturing date. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 with your serial number ready to confirm that part number 236698 is the correct board for your unit.

Please be aware that this item comes with a strict No Returns policy. Due to the sensitive nature of electronic circuit boards, once the package is opened or the board is installed, it cannot be returned. If you are not a Certified Miller Technician, we advise taking this part and your machine to a service center for diagnosis and installation. Improper installation can damage the new board or other machine components.

Genuine OEM Quality and Reliability
