The Miller 233139 Circuit Card Assembly, Aux Power w/Program is a critical electronic component designed for specific Miller welding power sources. This printed circuit board (PCB) serves as the central control unit for the machine’s auxiliary power functions. In modern inverter and generator-based welding systems, the auxiliary power output—often used to run grinders, lights, or other tools—is electronically regulated to ensure stable voltage and frequency. This assembly manages those parameters, protecting both the power source and the connected tools from electrical anomalies.

This specific unit comes “w/Program,” indicating that the onboard microcontroller or memory has been pre-flashed with the necessary firmware at the factory. This is a significant advantage for maintenance technicians, as it eliminates the need for field programming tools or software downloads during installation. However, due to the complexity of modern welding equipment, it is imperative to verify compatibility. Different serial number ranges within the same model family may utilize different revision levels of control boards. Installing an incorrect board can lead to system errors or hardware damage.

Please be advised that this is a sensitive electronic component. Miller Electric and authorized distributors enforce a strict “No Returns” policy on this item. Once the packaging is opened or the board is installed, it cannot be returned for credit. This industry-standard policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new, untested-by-others electronics. It is highly recommended that diagnosis and installation be performed by a Certified Miller Technician. Incorrect diagnosis of the machine’s failure (e.g., a shorted harness or failed bridge rectifier) can immediately damage the new replacement board upon power-up. Ensure all peripheral components are tested before installing this assembly.

Installation and Warranty Policy
