Important: Verification Required Before Purchase No Returns on Electronic Parts
Due to the complex nature of welding machine electronics, parts often vary depending on the specific manufacturing run of the unit. It is absolutely essential that you verify this part fits your specific machine by checking your Serial Number. Do not rely solely on the model name of your welder. Miller frequently updates internal components, and the 231165 board may only apply to a specific range of serial numbers. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 with your serial number ready to confirm this is the correct part number for your unit before placing an order.

Please be aware that there are NO RETURNS on this product. Once the package is opened or the board is installed, it cannot be returned for credit or exchange. This policy is standard for electronic repair parts to ensure the integrity of the components we sell. If you install a new board into a machine with other underlying electrical faults, the new board could be damaged immediately. Therefore, accurate diagnosis is crucial.
