Keep your Miller welding equipment operating at peak performance with the Miller 229959 Circuit Card Assembly, Control (R). As a genuine OEM replacement part, this circuit board is engineered to the exact specifications of your original machine, ensuring seamless integration and restoring the critical control logic required for precise welding operations. When a control board fails, it can lead to erratic arc performance, loss of specific functions, or a completely inoperable machine. Replacing it with an authentic Miller component is the only way to guarantee the reliability and longevity of your investment.

Important Verification Required: Electronic components in welding machines are highly specific. Before purchasing this item, it is mandatory to verify fitment using your machine’s unique serial number. We strongly recommend contacting Miller Technical Support at (800) 558-3517 with your serial number ready to confirm that part number 229959 is the correct revision for your specific unit. Installing an incorrect board can cause further damage to your welder or the new part itself.

Strict No-Return Policy: Please be aware that this item is a non-returnable electronic component. Once the package is opened or the part is installed, it cannot be returned for credit or exchange. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, untested, and undamaged circuit board. Because electrical issues in a welder can sometimes damage a new board upon installation if the root cause (such as a shorted component elsewhere) hasn’t been resolved, we advise that all diagnostics and repairs be performed by a Certified Miller Technician.
