The Miller 229127 Kit, Nozzle Adapter is a critical replacement component engineered exclusively for the Miller Spoolmate™ 200 Series Spool Gun. As a genuine OEM part, it guarantees seamless compatibility and restores the original functionality of your welding equipment. This adapter acts as the essential interface between the gun’s head tube and the gas nozzle, ensuring the nozzle remains securely seated during operation.

Manufactured from high-grade brass, this nozzle adapter is designed to withstand the thermal cycling and mechanical stress typical of MIG welding environments. In aluminum welding applications where the Spoolmate 200 is frequently used, maintaining a clean and tight front-end assembly is vital for preventing porosity and ensuring smooth wire feeding. Over time, threads can become stripped or damaged due to heat and spatter; replacing the adapter restores the mechanical integrity of the gun’s front end.
