Maintaining the operational integrity of your welding equipment is crucial for both safety and efficiency. The Miller Blue LED Indicator (3.5V, 20mA) is a genuine OEM replacement component designed specifically for Miller welding power sources and accessories. When a status light fails on your machine, it can be more than just a nuisance; it may prevent you from seeing critical error codes, power status, or process indicators. This high-quality blue LED restores that visibility, ensuring you can monitor your machine’s performance at a glance.

This component is engineered to meet the exact electrical requirements of Miller control boards. With a forward voltage of 3.5V and a current draw of 20mA, it integrates seamlessly into the existing circuit without requiring resistors or modifications often needed when trying to retrofit generic LEDs. The luminosity range of 2200-3000mcd ensures the light is bright enough to be seen in a workshop environment but not blindingly intense. Using the correct voltage and amperage rating is vital to prevent damage to the delicate logic boards found in modern inverter welders.

Designed for a standard panel mount application, this LED fits a 0.312-inch (approximately 5/16″) mounting hole. This standard sizing facilitates a straightforward replacement process. Whether you are repairing a TIG runner, a MIG power source, or a wire feeder, ensuring the physical fitment is as important as the electrical compatibility. The secure panel mounting style ensures the light stays in place despite the vibrations and movement often associated with industrial welding environments.
