The Miller 226932 Coolant Tank is a critical replacement component designed to restore the functionality of your Miller welding cooling system. In high-amperage TIG and MIG welding applications, water cooling is essential for protecting both the torch and the consumables from excessive heat. The coolant tank serves as the central reservoir for the system, holding the specialized low-conductivity fluid required to circulate through the power cable and torch head. Over time, plastic reservoirs can become brittle due to heat cycling, UV exposure, or accidental impact, leading to cracks and leaks. Replacing a compromised tank immediately is vital to prevent coolant loss, which can lead to catastrophic torch failure.<\/p>\n
