The Miller 216647 Pump, Coolant w/Fittings is a critical replacement component designed to maintain the efficiency and reliability of your Miller welding cooling system. In industrial welding environments, the cooling system plays a vital role in protecting high-amperage water-cooled torches from thermal damage. When a coolant pump fails or begins to lose pressure, it compromises the entire welding operation, leading to potential equipment failure and costly downtime. This genuine OEM part ensures that your equipment operates within the manufacturer’s specified parameters for flow rate and pressure.

As a genuine Miller Electric component, this coolant pump is engineered to the exact specifications of the original equipment. Unlike aftermarket alternatives that may require modification or fail to meet the rigorous demands of continuous industrial use, the 216647 pump offers a direct fit. It integrates seamlessly with compatible Miller cooling units (such as specific Coolmate models), ensuring that the coolant circulation loop functions correctly. The inclusion of necessary fittings simplifies the replacement process, allowing maintenance teams to swap out the faulty unit efficiently and get the machine back into production with minimal delay.

For heavy-duty TIG and MIG applications, consistent coolant flow is non-negotiable. This pump is responsible for circulating the cooling fluid from the reservoir, through the torch head, and back to the radiator. A functioning pump prevents the power cable and torch head from overheating, which is essential for maintaining high duty cycles and ensuring the safety of the operator. By choosing the Miller 216647, you are investing in the longevity of your welding assets and ensuring consistent weld quality by preventing thermal fluctuations in the torch.

Genuine OEM Quality and Fitment
