Maintain the precision and functionality of your Miller engine-driven welder with the Miller 207077 Knob, Pointer 1.625″ Diameter Push On. This is a genuine OEM replacement part designed specifically to restore the control interface of select Miller Blue Star series machines. Over time, control knobs on industrial equipment can become cracked, loose, or lost due to the rigorous demands of job site environments, transport, and daily wear and tear. A missing or damaged knob not only detracts from the professional appearance of your equipment but can also make it difficult to accurately set welding parameters, potentially affecting weld quality.

The Miller 207077 features a standard 1.625-inch diameter, offering a substantial grip surface that is easy to manipulate even while wearing welding gloves. The design includes a clear pointer index, ensuring operators can visually verify settings at a glance. As a push-on style knob, it utilizes a friction fit mechanism that grips the potentiometer shaft securely without the need for set screws or hex keys. This design simplifies maintenance, allowing for immediate replacement in the field without specialized tools.

This knob is engineered to fit specific models within the Miller engine drive lineup. It is the direct replacement part for the Blue Star 145, Blue Star 145 DX, and Blue Star 185 DX welder/generators. Using genuine Miller parts ensures that the internal molding matches the shaft type of your machine’s controls, preventing slippage that is common with universal or aftermarket knobs. Whether you are refurbishing an older machine or simply replacing a lost component, the Miller 207077 ensures your equipment operates as intended by the manufacturer.

Compatibility and Fitment
