The Miller 117865 is a specialized rectangular mini connector plug designed for use within the control systems of Miller welding equipment. This component features a 14-socket configuration arranged in two rows, providing a high-density interface for control signals in a compact footprint. It is distinct from the standard circular Amphenol connectors often found on the exterior of welding machines; this rectangular mini plug is typically utilized for internal harness connections, specific wire feeder control cables, or remote interface assemblies where space and profile are critical factors.

Engineered to OEM specifications, this plug includes a cable locking mechanism (LKG) that secures the mating connection against vibration and accidental disconnection—a crucial feature in harsh industrial welding environments. The housing is constructed from durable, high-impact materials capable of withstanding the thermal and mechanical stresses common in shop floors and field sites. As a genuine Miller Electric replacement part, it ensures correct pin alignment and electrical continuity, preventing intermittent signal faults that can disrupt welding operations.

Technicians and maintenance personnel utilize this connector when repairing damaged control cables or fabricating custom interface harnesses for Miller power sources and accessories. Its precise molding ensures a tight fit with the corresponding receptacle, maintaining the integrity of the machine’s control logic. Whether replacing a crushed connector on a wire feeder or refurbishing an older power source, the Miller 117865 provides the reliability required for professional equipment maintenance.

Technical Overview of the Miller 117865 Connector The Miller 117865 is a specialized rectangular mini connector plug designed for use within the control systems of Miller welding equipment.
