The Miller 042887 is a specialized Dual Cylinder Rack designed to enhance the functionality of industrial welding power sources. Engineered by Miller Electric, this accessory is specifically built to integrate with the running gear of heavy-duty machines such as the Gold Star, Dimension, and Deltaweld series. By providing a secure mounting point for two separate gas cylinders, this rack enables welders to maintain a versatile and efficient workspace without the need for separate standalone carts.

Constructed from high-grade, heavy-duty steel, the 042887 rack is built to withstand the rigors of industrial manufacturing environments. It features a robust platform that supports the weight of two full-size industrial gas cylinders (typically T, K, or S size). The unit includes durable safety chains that firmly secure the cylinders in place, preventing accidental tipping or movement during transport around the shop floor. This attention to stability is critical for maintaining a safe work environment and complying with safety regulations regarding compressed gas storage.

This rack is an essential upgrade for operations that utilize multiple welding processes requiring different shielding gases, such as Argon for TIG and a CO2/Argon mix for MIG, or for high-volume welding stations that require a backup cylinder to minimize downtime. The installation process is straightforward, designed to bolt directly onto the compatible running gear of the specified Miller power sources. The finish is the classic Miller Blue, ensuring a professional and cohesive look when paired with your existing equipment.

Compatibility Note: This rack is designed for specific legacy and industrial Miller chassis. Please verify your power source model and existing running gear configuration to ensure proper fitment. It is commonly associated with the standard running gear used on larger 3-phase industrial machines.

[1980,1981

post-1766013","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-cylinder-carts","product_cat-cylinder-carts-and-tank-totes","pa_cart-style-n-a","pa_cart-style-side-by-side","pa_cylinder-sizes-med-or-large","pa_cylinder-sizes-medium-cyls","pa_material-heavy-duty-steel","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","pa_tire-type-n-a","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
