The ACT14-25 Single Gas Red Hose is a premium-quality replacement or extension hose designed specifically for the transport of acetylene gas in oxy-fuel welding and cutting operations. Engineered to meet strict industry safety standards, this hose features a Grade R classification, making it suitable exclusively for acetylene gas. The hose is constructed with a durable rubber liner and a robust outer jacket that resists abrasion, kinking, and general workshop wear and tear.

With a 1/4-inch internal diameter, this hose ensures consistent gas flow for stable flame characteristics during welding, brazing, or heating applications. The 25-foot length offers ample reach, allowing operators to move freely around large workpieces without repositioning cylinders constantly. The hose is color-coded red, providing immediate visual identification as a fuel gas line, which is critical for workshop safety protocols.

This assembly comes pre-fitted with standard B-size (9/16″-18) brass fittings. Importantly, these fittings utilize Left-Hand (LH) threads, indicated by the notched nut, to prevent accidental connection to oxygen lines. The ferrules are factory-crimped to ensure a high-pressure seal that meets the demands of industrial environments. Whether replacing an aged hose or setting up a new torch station, the ACT14-25 delivers reliability and compliance.

Technical Specifications
