The Western Enterprises 110-CB is a precision-engineered brass bushing designed for high-pressure industrial gas applications. This fitting serves as a critical component in manifold systems, regulator assemblies, and custom piping configurations where thread adaptation is required. Manufactured from high-grade free-cutting brass, it offers excellent machinability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use with a wide range of non-corrosive gases including Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen, and Helium.

The unit features a 3/8-inch NPT Male thread on the external diameter and a 1/4-inch NPT Female thread on the internal diameter. This reducing configuration allows for the integration of 1/4-inch instrumentation or fittings into 3/8-inch ports. The tapered NPT threads are machined to strict tolerances to ensure a gas-tight seal when used with appropriate thread sealants (such as PTFE tape or paste compatible with the specific gas service). With a maximum working pressure rating of 3000 PSIG, this bushing is robust enough for cylinder pressure applications and downstream distribution lines.
