The Fibre-Metal E2RW11A000 is a premium Cap Style Hard Hat designed to offer exceptional head protection in demanding industrial environments. Part of the renowned SuperEight™ E2 Series, this helmet is distinguished by its unique 8-point suspension system. Unlike standard hard hats that rely on 4 or 6 points of contact, the SuperEight system distributes the force of an impact over a much larger area of the head, significantly reducing the risk of concussion and injury. The shell is constructed from a specially formulated thermoplastic material that provides high impact resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile, ensuring that safety does not come at the expense of comfort.

This model comes in a professional Black finish (Color Code 11) and features the 3-R Ratchet Headgear. The ratchet mechanism allows users to easily adjust the fit of the helmet with a single knob, even while wearing gloves. This ensures a secure, non-slip fit that stays in place during vigorous activity or when bending over. The suspension also includes a 360-degree sweatband that is padded for comfort and helps keep perspiration out of the user’s eyes. The E2 Series is engineered to withstand high heat and rough handling, making it a staple in construction, metalworking, and heavy manufacturing sectors.
