The ESAB 0558010722 Nozzle XR is a critical consumable designed for the high-performance PT-36 plasma torch, commonly found on ESAB’s advanced m3 Plasma systems. This nozzle features a 2.2mm (.085 inch) orifice, engineered to deliver a focused and stable plasma arc for heavy-duty cutting applications. As a genuine ESAB part, it is manufactured to precise tolerances, ensuring that your automated cutting table maintains its accuracy and cut quality over long production runs.<\/p>\n
The “XR” designation typically denotes an extended life or performance design, optimizing the cooling and gas flow dynamics around the arc. This results in cleaner cuts with less dross and a longer lifespan for the consumable itself compared to standard alternatives. Using genuine OEM consumables is essential for protecting the torch head from damage due to poor fitment or thermal inefficiencies. This product is supplied in a pack of 5, allowing facilities to maintain adequate stock levels for continuous operation.<\/p>\n
