The CX425-3545 is a robust air-cooled MIG welding gun designed for high-amperage industrial applications. Rated at 400 Amps, this torch is engineered to handle heavy fabrication tasks involving thick structural steel and extended arc-on times. The unit features a standard Euro back-end connection, making it a versatile replacement or upgrade for a wide variety of European and multi-process welding power sources that utilize this universal port standard.<\/p>\n
One of the defining specifications of this assembly is its 25-foot (7.6-meter) cable length. This extended reach is critical for large-scale manufacturing environments, shipyards, and trailer fabrication, where moving the wire feeder or power source is impractical. The cable itself is constructed with high-grade copper stranding and a durable outer jacket designed to withstand the rigors of the shop floor, including abrasion, dragging, and exposure to hot sparks.<\/p>\n
