The CX420-3545 is a premium aftermarket MIG gun designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial fabrication and heavy manufacturing. Rated at 400 Amps, this air-cooled torch is engineered to handle high-deposition welding processes using flux-cored or solid wires. It is an ideal replacement or upgrade for welders requiring a robust tool that can withstand the heat and physical abuse of a busy shop floor.

One of the standout features of this model is its 20-foot (6.1-meter) cable assembly. Standard MIG guns often come in 10 or 15-foot lengths, which can be limiting when working on large trailers, structural beams, or agricultural equipment. The extra length provided by the CX420-3545 allows the operator to move freely around the workpiece without constantly repositioning the heavy wire feeder or power source. This improves workflow efficiency and safety by reducing cable clutter and machine movement.

Equipped with a standard Euro backend connection, this MIG gun offers plug-and-play compatibility with a vast array of welding machines. The Euro connector is a quick-disconnect system that houses power, gas, and trigger signals in a single robust interface. This makes it compatible with many machines from brands like ESAB, Miller (with adapters), Lincoln (with adapters), and many European-style power sources. The gun comes pre-configured for 0.035″ to 0.045″ wire diameters, covering the most common industrial wire sizes.
