The Bernard Style 300Amp MIG Gun (SKU: Q3015AE7CT) is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of heavy industrial fabrication and manufacturing environments. Designed as a direct high-performance replacement for the popular Q-Gun series, this torch delivers exceptional reliability and operator comfort. It features a Tweco-style backend connection, making it compatible with a vast array of wire feeders and power sources commonly found in Canadian industry.

At the core of this gun’s performance is its impressive duty cycle rating. It is capable of sustaining 300 Amps at 100% duty cycle when using CO2 shielding gas, and 250 Amps at 100% duty cycle with mixed gases. This thermal efficiency ensures that the gun remains cool and operational even during prolonged welding arcs, reducing downtime associated with overheating equipment. The gun comes pre-configured for 0.035″ wire, a standard diameter for general fabrication, but the internal liner and tip system can accommodate wire diameters ranging from 0.030″ to 0.062″ (1/16″), providing versatility for various material thicknesses.

Maintenance and consumable management are simplified thanks to its compatibility with standard Bernard-style Centerfire consumables. The Centerfire system is renowned for its drop-in contact tip design, which eliminates cross-threading issues and ensures excellent electrical conductivity. The 15-foot cable assembly is reinforced with heavy-duty strain relief at both the handle and the feeder end, protecting the internal power cable and liner from the mechanical stresses of daily shop use. Whether you are welding structural steel, heavy machinery, or general repairs, this gun offers the durability and performance required for professional results.

Rating: 300 Amp CO2 @ 100% duty cycle 250 Amp mixed gas @ 100% duty cycle wire capacity .030″ – .062″.
[2042,2043

post-1752037","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-mig-accessories","product_cat-mig-guns","pa_amps-300amp","pa_back-end-tweco","pa_brand-bernard-style","pa_duty-cycle-100-250a-mixed-gas","pa_duty-cycle-100-300a-co2","pa_front-end-bernard","pa_length-15-ft","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","pa_wire-size-0-035","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
