The Lincoln Electric BK12849-4 Nozzle is a critical consumable component designed for the LC100M and LC105M plasma torches. Engineered specifically for the FlexCut® 80 plasma cutting system, these nozzles are rated for 40 Amps of output. The nozzle plays a vital role in the plasma cutting process by constricting the gas flow and focusing the plasma arc, which results in high-density energy capable of slicing through conductive metals with speed and accuracy.

Manufactured to Lincoln Electric’s exacting standards, these nozzles ensure consistent performance and arc stability. Using genuine OEM consumables is essential for maintaining the warranty and operational efficiency of your plasma cutting equipment. These nozzles are optimized for cutting mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, providing clean kerfs and minimal dross accumulation when used within the recommended parameters.

This product is sold as a pack of five, ensuring that operators have immediate replacements available during production runs. Regular inspection and replacement of the nozzle are necessary to prevent damage to the electrode and torch head. Signs of wear include an out-of-round orifice or excessive slag buildup, which can degrade cut quality. The BK12849-4 offers a balance of longevity and precision for 40A applications.
