The Bernard LA3-25 is a precision-engineered universal conventional liner designed to support the rigorous demands of industrial MIG welding. Manufactured by Bernard, this component is critical for maintaining consistent electrical contact and smooth wire delivery in air-cooled MIG gun assemblies. The liner is specifically calibrated for use with welding wires ranging from 0.035 inches to 0.045 inches in diameter, covering the most prevalent sizes used in structural and fabrication welding.

Constructed from high-carbon music wire, the LA3-25 offers exceptional tensile strength and spring-like properties that resist kinking and deformation inside the cable bundle. This material choice minimizes friction between the wire and the liner wall, ensuring stable arc characteristics and reducing the load on the wire feeder motor. The liner assembly measures 25 feet in length, making it suitable for extended-reach gun packages often utilized in large-scale manufacturing and shipyard environments.

A key technical advantage of the LA3-25 is its backward and forward compatibility. It is engineered to fit a wide array of Bernard platforms, including the legacy Q-Gun, S-Gun, and T-Gun series, as well as the current TGX and BTB (Best of the Best) MIG gun lines. This universality simplifies MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) inventory requirements, allowing facilities to stock a single liner SKU for multiple gun generations. The liner features a color-coded stop or insulation at the back end, adhering to industry standards for rapid visual verification of wire size compatibility.

Bernard Universal Conventional Liners are compatible with all legacy Q-Gun, S-Gun and T-Gun Air-Cooled MIG Guns, TGX Series and all BTB MIG Guns, which allow you to simplify and reduce inventory.

Colour coded by wire size for ease of identification, these liners are made of high carbon music wire for smooth wire feeding and long life.

Wire Size: 0.035″-0.045″ Length: 25′
[2042,2044

post-1751743","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-mig-accessories","product_cat-mig-consumables","pa_brand-bernard-oem","pa_fits-which-model-62-64-74-series-feeders-all-axxess-feeders","pa_item-liner","pa_length-25-ft","pa_material-high-carbon-music-wire","pa_packaging-description-1-of-each","pa_wire-size-0-035-0-045","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
