We’ve all been there: you’re performing routine maintenance on your MIG gun, you turn your back for one second, and a critical screw vanishes into the abyss of the shop floor. Or perhaps you’ve inherited a gun that’s been held together by tape and hope. The Bernard 2280065 Screw, Socket Head Cap is the exact replacement part you need to restore your equipment to its factory-original condition. No more rummaging through coffee cans of random bolts hoping to find a match.

Why bother with a specific OEM screw? Because “close enough” doesn’t cut it when you are dealing with industrial tools. A screw that is slightly too long can pierce internal insulation or gas lines, while one that is too short won’t hold the handle halves together securely, leading to annoying rattling and potential failure during a weld. This genuine Bernard screw features the correct thread pitch and hardness to bite securely without stripping the housing.

This socket head cap screw is designed to be tightened firmly with a hex key, giving you the torque needed to keep everything tight without slipping. It is a small part, but it plays a big role in the ergonomics and safety of your welding setup. Don’t let a missing fastener compromise your work or your comfort.

Key Reasons to Buy:
