The B2600-50T is a high-performance aftermarket MIG welding gun designed to replicate the ergonomics and reliability of the industry-standard Binzel MB26 platform. Engineered for medium-to-heavy fabrication environments, this torch is rated at 260 Amps (at 60% duty cycle with CO2), making it an excellent choice for production welding where durability and consistent wire feeding are paramount. The air-cooled design simplifies setup by eliminating the need for water coolers, while the robust construction ensures longevity even in harsh shop conditions.

This model features a 15-foot (approximately 4.5 meters) cable assembly, providing significant reach for working on large assemblies or around fixtures without moving the power source. The cable itself utilizes a coaxial design, which offers superior flexibility and durability compared to standard bundled cables. The handle is ergonomically contoured to fit comfortably in the welder’s hand, reducing grip fatigue during long shifts. The trigger mechanism is designed for positive engagement and long cycle life.

A key feature of the B2600-50T is its Tweco-style back end connection. This standard termination allows the gun to be directly plugged into a wide variety of wire feeders and power sources that utilize the Tweco #2 or #4 adapter system, which is prevalent in North American welding equipment. The front end of the gun accepts standard Binzel MB26 style consumables, including M6 contact tips, gas diffusers, and slip-on nozzles. This compatibility ensures that replacement parts are readily available and cost-effective, minimizing downtime and inventory complexity for maintenance departments.

Whether used for structural steel, general fabrication, or maintenance repair operations, this MIG gun delivers a stable arc and reliable wire feeding. It comes pre-assembled with a standard steel liner, ready for immediate use with solid steel wires. For aluminum applications, the liner can be easily swapped for a polymer or Teflon variant.

[2042,2043

post-1751704","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-mig-accessories","product_cat-mig-guns","pa_amps-260amp","pa_back-end-tweco","pa_brand-binzel-style","pa_duty-cycle-60-260a","pa_front-end-bernard","pa_front-end-binzel","pa_length-15-ft","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
