The Lincoln Electric Kit Assembly Pot, Magnum Pro (S29830-50) is a specialized replacement component designed for the maintenance and repair of Lincoln Electric Magnum PRO series MIG welding guns. This assembly functions as a remote control interface, integrating a potentiometer into the gun’s handle to facilitate the adjustment of welding parameters—typically Wire Feed Speed (WFS) or Voltage—directly at the point of the arc. The kit includes a high-precision potentiometer, a durable control knob, and the necessary wiring harness to interface with the gun’s trigger lead assembly and the welding power source.

Engineered to OEM specifications, this potentiometer kit ensures seamless electrical compatibility with Lincoln Electric feeders and power sources that support remote gun controls. The resistance values and taper of the potentiometer are calibrated to provide linear and predictable response curves, allowing operators to fine-tune settings with accuracy. The assembly is housed to resist the ingress of metal dust and particulate matter common in industrial environments, ensuring longevity and consistent electrical contact. Installation requires disassembly of the gun handle clamshell and routing of the control leads according to the specific Magnum PRO model schematics.
