The Lincoln Electric Pressure Adjustment Knob Assembly (S26374-10) is a critical component for maintaining the optimal performance of your MIG welding wire drive system. As a genuine OEM part, it is manufactured to the exact specifications required by Lincoln Electric equipment, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable operation. This assembly is designed to replace worn or damaged pressure knobs, allowing operators to accurately fine-tune the tension applied to the welding wire as it passes through the drive rolls.

Proper wire tension is essential for consistent arc stability and weld quality. If the pressure is too low, the wire may slip, causing erratic feeding and burn-back. Conversely, excessive pressure can deform the wire, leading to liner clogging and increased wear on consumables. This replacement knob assembly restores the ability to dial in the exact pressure needed for different wire types and diameters, from soft aluminum to solid steel.

Constructed from durable materials capable of withstanding the rigors of industrial environments, this knob assembly is built for longevity. It is compatible with a specific range of Lincoln Electric wire feeders and MIG welding machines. By choosing genuine Lincoln parts, you ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your welding equipment.

Key Benefits
