The Walter 57B110 Air Force Refillable Sprayer is the cornerstone of a more sustainable and cost-effective approach to welding chemical application. Designed specifically for use with the Walter Air Force refilling station, this 10 oz. canister replaces traditional single-use aerosol cans. In a typical industrial environment, the disposal of empty aerosol cans represents a significant hazardous waste stream and financial burden. The Air Force system addresses this by utilizing a durable, reusable aluminum canister that can be refilled hundreds of times.

Technically, the device operates using compressed air as a propellant rather than chemical propellants like butane or propane. When docked at the Air Force station, the canister is simultaneously filled with AF-Weld anti-spatter liquid and pressurized with shop air. This ensures that the spray pattern and consistency remain high-quality, mirroring the performance of a fresh aerosol can without the associated environmental impact. The elimination of flammable propellants also enhances workplace safety, reducing fire risks in welding zones.

The canister itself is engineered for longevity. Constructed from heavy-duty materials, it withstands the rigors of daily shop use, including drops and heat exposure common in welding bays. By switching to this refillable system, facilities can drastically reduce their carbon footprint and hazardous waste output, aligning with ISO 14001 environmental management standards while maintaining peak operational efficiency.

Walter® AF Weld provides the same benefits as E Weld,áone of the most advanced antispatter solutions in the industry, and was created for high volume users.
[2024,2021

post-1751016","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-antispatter-nozzle-dip","product_cat-chemicals","pa_brand-walter","pa_format-spray","pa_packaging-description-1-of-each","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each-2","pa_product-antispatter","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
