The Walter E-Weld Anti-Spatter Emulsion (SKU: 53F256) is a premium chemical solution designed to improve productivity and safety in welding operations. Formulated as a water-based emulsion, this product effectively prevents weld spatter from adhering to workpieces, fixtures, and torch nozzles. By creating a heat-resistant barrier, it ensures that spatter can be easily wiped away, eliminating the need for time-consuming grinding, chiseling, or sanding after the weld is complete.

One of the standout technical features of the E-Weld formulation is its compatibility with post-weld coating processes. Unlike oil-based or solvent-based anti-spatters that require rigorous degreasing, E-Weld allows for immediate painting or galvanizing. It adheres well to paint and contains no silicone, ensuring that it will not cause “fisheye” or other adhesion defects in the final finish. This makes it an ideal choice for manufacturing environments where cycle time and finish quality are critical.

Safety and environmental stewardship are central to this product’s design. It is biodegradable, non-flammable, and odorless, significantly improving air quality and safety for the welder compared to traditional aerosol solvents. The formula also includes short-term corrosion inhibitors to protect the workpiece from flash rust during storage or between processing steps. This 5-liter jug provides a cost-effective bulk supply for refilling manual spray bottles in high-volume shops.

High performing anti-spatter solution that protects work from adherence of high temperature spatter, eliminating costly rework.

Compatible with aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
[2024,2021

post-1750991","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-antispatter-nozzle-dip","product_cat-chemicals","pa_brand-walter","pa_format-liquid","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","pa_product-antispatter","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
